Kraft paper reels from Reel godown are shifted to automatic plant reel stand , from reel stand the reels are dispensed via B flute and C flute corrugation machine in the plant to produce 2 ply liners and are being accumulated on over head liner bridge. These 2 ply liners are passed through a continuous pasting machine along with the top layer of sheet to form the 5 ply board. After proper application of gum, these two liners along with the top sheet enter in Hot plates where these layers are pasted to form 5 ply corrugated board with proper moisture control. After this the continuous board is passed through the slitter to slit the ups and grooving for the required height of the box. After this the required cutting length is cut in a NC cutter of the plant. These boards are accumulated in an auto stacker of the plant on the Pallet. Now these boards are shifted to the automatic printer slotter for printing and slot making. These printed boards are flap pasted or stitched as per customer choice for bundling.
